Refund & Support Policy
We aim to be fair and transparent. Because products are digital, refunds may be limited depending on the circumstances.
General approach
- If you experienced a technical issue that prevented access, we will work to resolve it promptly.
- If a duplicate charge occurred, we will correct it.
- For other refund requests, we review case-by-case.
How to request help
Email info@thepuf.org with:
- Your name and email used at checkout (as shown in Stripe receipt)
- The product purchased (Leadership / Workforce / Governance / Sponsor)
- The reason for the request
