Approver FAQ (procurement + privacy + risk)

Quick answers for executives, procurement officers, and funders.

What are we buying?

Access to a set of professional training modules (Workforce, Leadership, Governance, Community & Economic Development) and, when selected, a sponsored cohort toolkit and facilitation support.

Do participants need accounts or logins?

No. Version 1 is accountless by design. No usernames, passwords, or identity profiles are required.

Do you track individuals?

No. There is no surveillance, scoring, or individual behavior tracking. Sponsor reporting is aggregate only.

What data do you collect?

Minimal operational data necessary to deliver the program (e.g., sponsor point-of-contact for procurement). No participant-level identity dataset is required in v1.

How do you report impact?

Aggregate totals such as seats sponsored, participation totals, completion totals (if applicable), and delivery milestones (kickoff / midpoint / wrap-up).

Is this grant- and procurement-friendly?

Yes. Invoice/PO is supported, and we provide procurement documentation (checklist, boilerplate language, packet).

What are the payment options?

Card checkout via existing Stripe links, or invoice/PO for institutional procurement.

Can we start with a pilot?

Yes. A 30-60 day pilot is the recommended first step for approvers who want proof of value before scaling.

What about accessibility and mobile?

Pages are designed to be accessible, mobile-friendly, and lightweight for low-bandwidth environments.

What about security?

Static deployment reduces attack surface. No backend accounts database in v1. Procurement can request standard documentation and we respond through the procurement packet.
