This training platform is designed to build capacity without extracting data. We prioritize human agency, clarity, and ethical AI use.
We do
- Teach practical AI skills in plain language.
- Provide templates that help people work smarter, not harder.
- Encourage participants to verify important information and decisions.
- Design programs for accessibility and inclusion.
We never do
- Surveillance, monitoring, or “behavior scoring.”
- Risk profiling, predictive enforcement, or coercive “compliance” tools.
- Sell or share participant data for advertising or tracking.
- Require unnecessary accounts to learn (v1 is account-free).
How AI is used in our programs
AI may assist with drafting examples, practice exercises, and accessibility improvements. AI is not used to evaluate people, rank participants, or create permanent profiles.
Participant choice matters. Individuals decide what they share and what tools they use. Participation is opt-in.
