Transparency, Consent, and Community Communication

Trust requires clarity. Governance should define what you disclose publicly, what consent you require, and how people can opt out.

Practice Exercise

Draft a public-facing AI transparency statement (6–8 sentences) and 5 FAQs.

ROLE: You are my communications assistant.
TASK: Write an AI transparency statement for a nonprofit training program.
OUTPUT: 1 statement + 5 FAQs + 2 examples of plain-language disclaimers.
CONSTRAINTS: No hype; emphasize human oversight and privacy.

Governance note: policies should be enforceable, reviewed regularly, and owned by accountable roles—not “everyone.”
