Estimated time: 15 minutes Policy-ready Risk-aware

Key concepts

Practice Exercise

Define roles for one use case: Owner, Reviewer, Approver, and Incident Lead. Write what each is responsible for.

Template (copy/paste)

ROLE: You are my governance assistant.
TASK: Draft a RACI matrix for AI use.
OUTPUT: RACI for 5 common tasks + incident response roles.
CONSTRAINTS: Keep roles realistic for a small org.
Governance note: policies should be enforceable, reviewed regularly, and owned by accountable roles—not “everyone.”
