Risk Assessment: Bias, Harm, and Misuse

Governance should require a lightweight risk assessment before deployment—especially for anything that could affect people or resource allocation.

TASK: Create a one-page AI risk assessment.
OUTPUT: Risks, mitigations, residual risk, go/no-go recommendation.
CONSTRAINTS: If it affects individuals, require human review and transparency.
Governance note: policies should be enforceable, reviewed regularly, and owned by accountable roles—not “everyone.”
