Interview Prep: Story Bank + Practice

Interviews reward clear stories. We’ll create a ‘story bank’ you can reuse and practice answers with structured prompts.

Key concepts

Use STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) for behavioral questions.
Prepare 6–8 stories that cover common competencies.
Practice out loud and refine for clarity.

Practice Exercise

Draft 3 STAR stories: a challenge you solved, a time you led, and a time you improved a process. Keep each under 90 seconds spoken.

ROLE: You are my interview coach.
TASK: Turn my experiences into STAR stories and mock questions.
OUTPUT: 8 likely questions + strong answers + follow-up probes.
CONSTRAINTS: Keep answers truthful and concise.

Ethics & accuracy: do not paste sensitive personal info (SSN, full DOB, account numbers). Verify facts before sending applications.
