Use Case Intake: Deciding What’s Allowed

Before adopting any AI use case, you need a simple intake process that records what the tool does, what data it touches, and who is responsible.

CONSTRAINTS: Include data minimization and retention notes.
Governance note: policies should be enforceable, reviewed regularly, and owned by accountable roles—not “everyone.”
